For Science Week, Roots 6 pupils made dancing noodles, experimented with gravity and also found out what happens if you mix different types of liquids with oats. The pupils were amazed at how sticky and gloopy oats go if you mix PVA glue with it. They also enjoyed seeing what happens when you mix cooking oil with oats. It’s the opposite! ⚛️
