On Wednesday 22nd June it was time for the best athletes in Year 7 and 8 to compete against all the other schools in the borough and what a successful day it was! In their first ever borough athletics competition, year 7 performed exceptionally well and there were medallists and finalists galore. Their success is fully deserved due to their commitment to athletics club this year. As well as many individual successes we also had a huge team success with the year 7 girls finishing 2nd overall in the borough, a superb achievement. Year 8 athletes also performed well on the day making many finals and winning medals too.
