The Year 10 GCSE geography students undertook their fieldwork for their controlled assessment in Barking on 17^th June.  We investigated the variety of shops and leisure facilities available in Barking and people’s opinions of Barking compared to out of town retail centres such as Lakeside.  It was a fantastic day, seeing Barking through geographer’s eyes and hearing from local people.
