On Friday 6th June all of Riverside’s year 7 visited Kew Gardens. This was to complement studies relating to climate and species adaption in their geography and science curricula. Students had an opportunity to interact with nature and to explore the different biomes represented at Kew Gardens.
The day was characterized by glorious sunshine and many members of the public commented on the exceptional behavior of students to staff. Students worked very hard to achieve their assigned tasks and rewards will be making their way to form groups soon!
‘The organising staff would like to thank parents for returning permission slips for all students, allowing this fantastic trip to take place.
