For World Book Day, Roots 5 pupils read and took part in sensory activities for the story of “Alice in Wonderland”. Pupils explored props from the story, playing with characters and matching teacups with their saucers. They had a tea party with cheese crackers, cakes and juice and painted the roses in red, as the Queen of Hearts ordered. ?
